Simple step by step booking in process and diagnostic outcome

Booking Process
1. Come and visit our workshop/showroom at our Harrow Store. A member of our staff will book in your machine(s), and Customer details.
The more machine details we take the easier it is for our engineers to work with ordering Parts (if any). The added benefit to our customers is that we keep all history of Service and Repair for each customer, knowing exactly what was undertaken in the past, and knowing what repairs had been done.
3. We can arrange Collection of your machine, and deliver back. (20 mile radius from our depos & Carriage cost may apply).

Diagnosing/ Instimations
We are totally focused on customer satisfaction and whilst there is an hourly rate formula that changes according to the type of machine and work involved, we have an expectation of delivering real value for money.
You will have full estimates before work begins, and because we have the flexibility of being able to charge in 15-minute increments, we can offer you the very best value and satisfaction for your spend. Our triage and estimating system ensure the best value, with our top techs spending their time on machine repairs and not pricing up parts or cleaning.
One of biggest problems with older machines can be opening a can of worms when we take on a machine that’s suffered a little neglect in due care and attention, but we will do our best to accurately estimate and offer solutions for you. Best bet is regular servicing and care by our team to ensure long life and less downtime.

Execution of work & test
Once our workshop have diagnosed your equipment and have confirmed a 'go ahead' with you, they will then carry out the work in hand. We only use original OEM parts providing you with standard 1 year warranty on Parts and 3 month Warranty on any Full Service Package applied.

Repairs are ready to Collect or Deliver
Our workshop team will notify you of the final balance and advise you of the collection of your equipment from our store. If you have arranged a 'delivery service' our dedicated driver will be in touch to organise a delivery at the next available slot.
